Any tips or advice? Anyone who planned to have a natural birth but then changed your mind part way through? I’m due on July 3 and planning to have a natural birth but would like to hear some real experiences. Thanks!
By the way, I will NOT have an epidural. I know far too many people who have had ongoing back problems caused by them.

I’m 36 weeks and so ready to see my little man. He is my first and i’m working with a midwife. I’m nervous and scared and excited and really ready to see him already. I’m checking and double checking all the baby supplies, finishing up what i don’t have and now i’m just waiting for the first sign of contractions……any advice? Besides rest as much as i can….my mind won’t really let me rest….too anxious.
