I am due with my first baby in two days and am beginning to feel nervous about my decision to have a natural childbirth…. I want so badly to be able to accomplish one without an epidural (so many horror stories)…. has anyone else had a natural childbirth and know of any great ways to handle pain? I was going to take Lamaze classes but was told by my best friend that a lot of people take them and completely forget what they learned once they get into labor….
