Just trying to gather all the information possible so that I can try to give birth w/o any drugs.
We took the childbirth classes and learned different positions, breathing techniques and massage. I’m just worried that’s not enough! I’m against getting an epidural b/c we had a client who ended up paralyzed when the Doc didn’t do it right. I know that’s rare - but its still a fear of mine.
