I am a mother of two already and had epedual(sp??) with them both. Things went well, I pushed a few times with both and delivered quickly. They were largre! 8.3 and 8.12. With that said, we are planing on a third baby in the next year and I have begun to consider natural childbirth. I want to hear form those who have had natural birth and hear your thoughts on what I should do to start preparing my body to handle the natural birth better when the time comes and any of your additional thoughts on the matter. (yes, I know it’s going to be painful!) Thank you in advance for your thoughts!
